Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES 

We only offer complementary Express Post for shipments within Australia. All international orders can choose flat rate shipping AUD $100 or other shipping option at check out (DHL or Fedex).

All orders include import duty & tax. There are no additional charges.

When your order has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address.

All orders will be dispatched within 7 business days of receiving orders unless otherwise communicated via email. Parcels are shipped Monday to Friday.

Domestic orders : It will be delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

UK orders: 4-10 business days, depending on your location.

USA orders: 4-10 business days, depending on your location.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery, CARL KAPP does not offer ‘Authority to Leave’. If the address provided is unattended, an attempted delivery card will be left and your parcel will be redirected to the nearest Post Office or a courier company (DHL or Fedex) will contact you via email.

The shipping policy applies to all orders placed on carlkapp.com. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

DUTIES & TAXES

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). There are no additional charges when the product arrives in your country.
