Confidence. These are words that I have become strongly aware of since 2012, when I started working for CARL KAPP.
Initially, I started with a situation where I had to be confident to sell clothes. This is obvious, because no matter how beautiful the clothes I sell, if I am not absolutely confident in them, I cannot convey their value to the customer. But as time went on, I began to realise that the word wasn't just for myself.
I have learned through my customers that beautiful clothes can also be a great tool to remind them of their best selves.
From special events in life, such as weddings, to executives speaking in front of large crowds, to lawyers fighting in court, even daily work at the office- none of these situations can be achieved without confidence.
I believe that at such times, people who are clad in clothes that make them look beautiful can look confident and act their best selves.
However, it is also true that the pressure of the big stage can make some people feel anxious and disheartened.
I will write about my encounters with the women I met at the CARL KAPP store. I hope that by writing about how brilliant they were, it will inspire confidence in anyone who reads it.
